ACC Process

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) exists to assist in the preservation and enhancement to the values of the homes in Haydens Walk. Before starting any improvement project on your property, please familiarize yourself with the ACC Guidelines. Projects should not be started until ACC approval is received.

NOTE: As of December 2022, we have transitioned to a property management company, Heritage Property Management. Architectural Control Modification Inquiries or Submissions should be directed to Heritage Property Management at 770-451-8171, option 2. Requests can be submitted online via the Vantaca website per the instructions found here.

The process to request approval is simple:

  1. Complete an Architectural Modification Request. Include as much information as possible upfront, including pictures, diagrams, and links to relevant information (i.e. product information) where appropriate. Always include the start date and proposed completion date on the form.

  2. Submit the form in writing via online submission to Heritage Property Management, or via US Mail to Hayden's Walk Homeowner's Association c/o Heritage Property Management, 500 Sugar Mill Road, Building B, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30350.

  3. Heritage Property Management or a member of the ACC will contact you for any questions, clarifications, samples, or other information needed to expedite the approval of your request.

  4. The ACC is allowed 15 days to respond to any request; however, most requests are approved within 5 days or less if all pertinent information is included in the request.

  5. After approval, if the completion of your project is delayed beyond the original proposed completion date, please contact the ACC for an extension.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the ACC submission process, members of the ACC are available to help.

Please note that homeowners are responsible for acquiring all required permits prior to beginning any work.

The responsibilities of the members of the ACC can be found here.
