Visual monthly lot inspections will be performed from the street by a member or members of the ACC.  The purpose of the inspection is to ensure that all homeowners are maintaining their property to acceptable community standards compliant with the design guidelines and covenant of Haydens Walk.  This is important to the look of the entire community as it ages and with increased competition in the home sale market.  The inspections are conducted using the Exterior Home Inspection Checklist so that all properties are evaluated the same.
