Hello Haydens Walk Neighbors,

On behalf of the kids and teens of our neighborhood, we would like to invite you, your family, friends and your pets to participate in the 2020 Haydens Walk Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, June 28, 2020 (Inclement weather date: July 5, 2020) between the hours of 8AM and 10AM starting at the furthest end of Haydens Walk Drive from our entrance (4955 HAYDENS WALK DRIVE).  By participating in either 1 lap or 3 laps, this event will help fund the Atlanta Community Food Bank. 

Our kids need your help! It’s only $5 to participate, but we are requesting $5 per lap (Note: One lap in our neighborhood = 1k ~ 0.66 Miles). Please see below if you would like to participate, or make a contribution:

• Register for 1 lap, 3 laps (3K), or Kids’s Run via SignupGenius. Please share with your friends. You can also register on the day of the event: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4FA4AD2EA4F58-haydens1

• Money will be collected the day of the event

On Race Day:

• We ask all homeowners to park in their driveway

• We will have volunteers out to slow and direct vehicle traffic

• Logistics:

  • You may start anytime between 8AM and 10AM, but we will meet at 7:45AM in the staging area located near 4955 Haydens Walk Drive.

  • At 7:50AM, we’ll stretch & warm-up for the run/walk

  • By 7:55AM, we’ll head to the Start Line for the race! 

  • The race finish line is the same location as the starting line

  • At the conclusion of your laps, we will meet at the tennis court (Victory Recovery Area)

• We will have refreshments, music and balloons in the Victory Recovery Area

Parents, you are welcome to run/walk with your kids as long as you are registered. All participants will receive water at the finish line.
